Paramount's Kings Island
 Paramount's
Kings Island is the Midwest's largest theme park with over 300 rides and
attractions plus a 30-acre water park, Water Works, that is free with park
admission. World record thrills, including 12 roller coasters, tie the Guinness
World Record for the most coasters at any park on Earth! New for 1999: Face/Off,
the Midwest's only 5G face-to-face inverted roller coaster and Drop Zone,
the world's tallest gyro drop at 315 feet. Both are in the Paramount Action
Zone, a newly-themed area at Paramount's
Kings Island that looks and feels like a Hollywood movie studio back lot
come-to-life.
Paramount's Kings Island is
also the home of The Beast, 20 years strong as the world's longest wooden roller
coaster. Nine fantastic shows entertain and delight all ages while Nickelodeon
Splat City, where the world famous Rugrats appear daily, and newly expanded
Hanna-Barbera Land with Scooby, Yogi and their friends provide extra special fun
for the kids. Campgrounds are conveniently located next to the theme park. Paramount's
Kings Island is open daily May 29 to August 29 plus September 4-6 (Labor Day
